Service life scales with feed-water TDS. To estimate output before breakthrough, divide the rated ppm-gallons capacity by your feed TDS in ppm. Example at 200 ppm feed TDS, the DI24 (10,760 ppm-gallons) provides roughly 54 gallons of deionized output. Replace cartridges when the Resilite monitoring device indicates near-exhaustion or upon conductivity breakthrough.

DI Systems carry no NSF certification - they are specified as a finishing or final-purity ion-removal stage, not for particulate, taste-and-odor, or microbiological reduction. Recommended feed TDS under 500 ppm. Resilite is a registered trademark of Clack Corporation.
