You approve the cup in the lab.
The water in the field decides whether it survives.

Perfect the recipe in the cupping lab, and it only holds if the water at the store matches what you signed off on. When it drifts, the cup drifts with it, and when the pressure drops, the machine trips offline in the middle of a rush. Aquamor® delivers the water your espresso and brew equipment were built to run on, so the field pours the cup you approved, and the machine keeps pouring it. Every station. Every location. Every shift.

The same system also protects ice, beverage, steam, and quick-service and c-store equipment across your footprint.

The Real Failure Point

When demand peaks, pressure is what breaks first.

Conventional filtration holds up fine at idle. Under real peak demand, flow drops, pressure trips a bypass, and the equipment behind it runs unprotected exactly when your busiest shift needs it most. Aquamor is engineered to hold full flow through peak demand, so the bypass never happens and every application keeps running on the water it was built for.

The Aquamor Difference

Everyone sells clean water. Aquamor delivers water that never quits.

Aquamor removes the reason for the bypass. One system delivers clean water at full flow to every application in your store (coffee, espresso, steamers, combi ovens, ice) so nothing chokes, nothing has to be bypassed, and nothing goes down. Your equipment needs more than clean water; it needs the right water, delivered at full flow in every location.

We watched two generations of cartridge technology hit the same wall, not enough flow at peak demand, and built the third generation specifically to solve it. Our largest foodservice cartridges are NSF/ANSI 42 certified to a 7.5 gpm flow rate, with far more capacity between changeouts.

The System

One system that just handles it, at full flow.

That system is the Aquamor RED system. It's built to handle the water you actually have (any water, any season) and deliver it clean and at full flow to every application, with no re-engineering site to site. One design that works across your whole footprint, so every store gets the water its equipment was built to run on.

Aquamor RED system installed in a commercial equipment room

The Aquamor RED Integrated UF + RO System (Part No. 108048) is a compact, wall-mounted modular system built for high-volume, multi-application foodservice sites, configurable to fit most available wall space. It is handled through the Aquamor foodservice team. Contact us for details.

RED is one tier on the Aquamor Engineered Systems ladder. If you want to see the full range, from single-station protection up to full point-of-prep coverage, or you'd rather just replace the part you already run, compare both paths here.

Built for your real volume, so your team is not chasing changeouts.

Capacity here is engineered for the volume your busiest sites actually run, not the assumptions the old cartridges were built on. Our highest-capacity cartridges carry a certified capacity of 265,000 gallons, enough that a site can run on a single changeout a year instead of several. That means your ops team is not rolling a truck to every location just to swap a filter. One system, sized for real demand, on a maintenance rhythm a multi-site operation can plan around.

The Proof

We measure it in. We measure it out. Always on spec.

We test the water going into your store, install the system, then test the water again and show you the results, always on spec, for every application, at the flow your equipment needs to stay running. In most locations that closes the gap completely; where a site needs more, the test-after step is exactly what surfaces it, so you know before it becomes a problem. Measured in, measured out, season after season. No bypass.

Not sure what size your site needs? Check it before you commit: size your system.

Ultrafiltration Systems

A 0.015-micron membrane barrier for ice, beverage, and equipment protection

Aquamor UltraFiltration systems place a self-cleaning 0.015-micron hollow-fiber membrane at point of entry, before the ice machine, brewer, cold-beverage dispenser, or steam equipment. The membrane physically blocks cysts, turbidity, and suspended particles without chemistry, without softening the water, and without a booster pump on standard line pressure.

  • NSF/ANSI 53 certified for cyst reduction, third-party verified, not asserted. Certifications AQ UF-20 and AQ UF-40 cover all four standalone models.
  • Four models, 8 to 30 GPM, size from a single equipment run (UF-4210, 8 GPM) to a high-volume POE application (UF-4420, 30 GPM) on the same platform.
  • Self-cleaning automatic backwash controller, reduces service call frequency without requiring a membrane change on a fixed calendar.
  • Optional NSF post-filtration, add chlorine and chloramine reduction to the UF stage where water quality demands it.

Customer Result

One install playbook, location after location.

A multi-state convenience-store operator running RED point-of-use systems, UF and RO, across its locations had a repeatability problem: every installation was handled a little differently. Aquamor worked with the operator's facilities team to build one standardized playbook, the same steps, the same checks, the same commissioning sequence at every site, so any technician can install it correctly. The chain now runs on one standard.

Cartridge Service & Support

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers for the technicians and operators who service Aquamor foodservice filtration in the field.

Is replacing a cartridge difficult?

No. Cartridge replacement is straightforward for the average technician and requires no special skills.

Do I need to shut off the water to replace a cartridge on a VGX or BGX system?

On VGX and BGX systems, no. The manifold head shuts off the water automatically when a cartridge is removed, so there is no need to turn off the water supply first. If your cartridges are mounted in parallel, you can remove and replace one at a time with no interruption in water service.

Do cartridges expire?

Cartridges do not carry a printed expiration date. Store them sealed in the original packaging with the included safety caps or sanitary end caps in place, in a clean, dry area away from direct sunlight and temperature extremes, and inspect the packaging before installation.

Do I need to lubricate the O-ring?

Cartridges ship pre-lubricated. If you prefer, a food-grade or vegetable oil may be applied to the O-ring.

How tight should it be?

About a quarter turn, hand-tight. No tools are needed.

Do I shut the water off first?

Yes. Shut the inlet water supply off before replacing the cartridge.

Do I need to shut the equipment down?

Possibly. Consult the equipment manufacturer's manual for the correct procedure.

Do you provide service calls?

We do not offer on-site service. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 Pacific, at 1-866-218-8473.

What is a cyst?

A cyst is the survival, or dormant, form of parasites such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium. In this form they resist chlorine.

How often should cartridges be replaced?

It depends on water quality and usage. Follow the replacement interval printed on the cartridge label.

How do I recycle or dispose of a used cartridge?

Dispose of a used cartridge the same way you would a used or dirty air filter.
