Case Study: Multi-Site Foodservice

One install playbook,
location after location.

A multi-state convenience-store operator wanted water treatment it could roll out the same way at every site. Here is how the program was built.

Case Study

The problem

A multi-state convenience-store operator wanted point-of-use water treatment it could roll out the same way at every site. Before the program, every installation was handled a little differently, which made each new store its own small engineering project.

What we deployed

Aquamor deployed its RED point-of-use systems, combining ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, across multiple locations. Every store got the same system.

How the install playbook works

Aquamor built one standardized install playbook with the operator's facilities team, so any licensed contractor can install the system the same way at every site.

  1. The same steps at every site, written down once and followed every time.
  2. The same checks before the system is handed over.
  3. The same commissioning sequence to bring each system online.

How we measure it

Our standard method is the same at every site: test the water going in, install the system, then test the water again and show the results. Where a site needs more, the test-after step is what surfaces it, so the operator knows before it becomes a problem.

The result

The chain now runs on one standard: the same system, installed the same way, at every location in the program. That consistency is what lets a multi-site program scale.

The operator is not named.
