Limited Product Warranty

One-year limited warranty

Aquamor, LLC warrants its filtration cartridges and housings to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment, subject to proper installation, operation within rated flow and pressure parameters, and use of the filtration system for its intended purpose.

What this warranty covers
  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions
  • Cartridges that fail to achieve rated flow at published pressure differential under normal water chemistry conditions
  • Housing components that fail under rated operating pressure (maximum 125 PSI)
What this warranty does not cover
  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or operation outside rated parameters
  • Normal filter media exhaustion (capacity-limited replacement is expected use, not a defect)
  • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages

How a warranty claim works

If you discover a defect in material or workmanship within one year from the date of shipment, notify Aquamor within five (5) days of discovering it. Describe the defect with enough detail for us to evaluate the claim, and keep the product in your possession until we request its return. If the goods are proven to Aquamor's reasonable satisfaction to be materially defective, they will be repaired or replaced at Aquamor's discretion. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, Aquamor will issue a credit for the purchase price. Repair, replacement, or credit is the sole remedy under this warranty.

For goods manufactured by others, the warranty is the one provided by that manufacturer; Aquamor will use commercially reasonable efforts to pass that warranty through to you. This is a summary. The complete warranty language, including the exclusive-remedy and disclaimer provisions, is in Section VIII of our Terms and Conditions.

Returns & RMA

Returns and the RMA process

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Check the goods for condition, quality, and quantity. If something is wrong, notify Aquamor in writing within three (3) business days of receipt, and for freight shipments, document any discrepancy on the bill of lading (BOL). After three business days, goods are deemed accepted as received.

How to start a return

Request an RMA first

Contact Aquamor for authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything back. Returns shipped without an approved RMA form will be refused.

Confirm the return window

Saleable goods can be returned no later than one (1) year from the date of purchase, verified by invoice. Specially manufactured (custom) goods cannot be returned.

Pack and ship correctly

Returned goods must be dry, free of water, and packed carefully so they reach us without damage or leakage. Transportation charges on returned goods are prepaid and are the buyer's responsibility.

Credit or replacement

Goods may be returned for replacement or credit at Aquamor's discretion. A 25% restocking fee is deducted from any credit issued. If the return is proven to be due to a fault of Aquamor, full credit or replacement is issued, including any transportation costs you incurred, provided the return was authorized in writing and packed and shipped per our instructions.
