Built in-house,
start to finish.
Every Aquamor® product is made in-house (design, tooling, injection molding, certified-product manufacturing, and fulfillment) across 250,000 square feet in Temecula, California and Cedar City, Utah. All in-house. One partner. No handoffs to offshore manufacturers, no split-supplier complexity. The same in-house capability backs every channel we serve, from retail and foodservice to water treatment and OEM programs.

How your OEM program moves through production
Design & engineering
In-house engineers define system architecture to spec (flow rates, micron ratings, certification targets, and housing geometry) before a tool is cut.
Built on filtration technology patented by Aquamor's founder (U.S. Patents 11,072,540; 10,590,006; 10,087,085).
In-house injection molding
26 injection-molding machines in-house, from 60 to 775 tons, running a tool library of over 400 active injection molds. Housings, heads, and structural components are molded on Aquamor's schedule, not a contract molder's queue.
Certified and manufacturer-tested filtration products
We manufacture filtration products certified to NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 across our Foodservice, OEM, Retail, and UF lines, plus inline filters manufacturer tested to NSF/ANSI 42, with in-house lab validation for chlorine reduction, flow rate, pressure drop, turbidity, and structural integrity. Certification attaches to the finished cartridge where applicable, and every certified or manufacturer-tested SKU is traceable from raw material to finished unit.
Packaging & fulfillment
Retail-ready and private-label packaging, then fulfillment shipped direct from Temecula.
Every filter housing starts on our own molding floor
These are Aquamor's own machines, on Aquamor's own floor in Temecula. Every housing is molded here, not sourced from a contract molder an ocean away.

Open the mold on any given shift and this is what you find: Aquamor filter housings, still in the tool, proof the in-house claim isn't marketing copy.

All in-house is the differentiator for your program
Most filtration "manufacturers" are integrators. They specify, source, and assemble, with the actual molding and media made elsewhere. Aquamor owns the steps that usually create risk for an OEM program. That's why your lead times are predictable, your product certification is consistent, and one phone call reaches the people who can actually change something.
