Application

BGM 3+1 Manifold, 3/4 in NPT, Rinse Valve and Pressure Gauge

The 105208 pairs the three-cartridge parallel bank of the 105204 with a fourth cartridge in series, on 3/4 inch NPT with rinse valve and pressure gauge standard. It is built for higher-flow sites that also need a dedicated polish stage on the full recombined stream.

BGM 3+1 flow pathWater enters a single inlet line and divides at a distribution header into 3 equal branches, one for each of 3 filter cartridges arranged in parallel. The 3 branches rejoin at a collection header into a single line, and all of that combined flow then passes through one additional cartridge in series, a final polish stage, before reaching the outlet. A 3+1 manifold splits incoming water across three cartridges running side by side, recombines the flow, then runs every gallon through a fourth cartridge in series. The three-cartridge bank carries the flow rate and capacity; the fourth cartridge downstream is a polish stage the whole recombined stream passes through once, adding a treatment step rather than more volume.

Typical application. Higher-flow sites that also need a dedicated final treatment stage, such as scale reduction, on the combined output.
